Placing an order

To place an order on Samsungparts.eu, you can create an account, request an account or place a one-time order without registering. Business customers are obliged to request an account. Consumers can easily create an account themselves by either creating an account in the top bar, or by pressing the button labelled 'I would like to become a customer' during step 2 of the ordering process and leaving their details. Of course, you can also order from us without an account. In that case, choose the option 'One-time order'. To make this process easier, you can order the desired Samsung part in our web shop via Clickview, using the drawing of an appliance. You can select the desired part on the clickable drawing and order it easily. Are you a business customer? Dealers and resellers can benefit from our favourable dealer prices and have the possibility to order on account. Simply request a dealer loginfrom us and receive it within 24 hours.

Shipment costs & delivery

Samsungparts.eu delivers original Samsung parts to alomst every country. The shipment costs for the delivery of your product(s) may differ per country and order. You can read about deliveries outside the Benelux on the page 'shipment costs'. If you order your parts online before 16.00 pm, the delivery time is one business day, if your product is on stock.  All orders from outside the Benelux are delivered by UPS.
