*Number of days after receipt of package. Returns received after the specified number of days are not taken into consideration and therefore will not be credited.

Defect notifications
A defect notification has to be sent within 24 hours after receipt of shipment and directed to the following e-mail address: [email protected]

Defects due to transport:
Defects have to be reported within 24 hours after receipt. Also you should refuse the shipment if the packaging already indicates that the article(s) are damaged. You should notify us immediately via [email protected], so that we are able to take action towards the carrier.
